- Kind management and colleagues - Learned a lot - Decent allowance offer - Good work-life balance: staying overtime and working during lunch was discouraged, even for regular employees
Cons
- Interns were not included in big company events such as Halloween/Christmas parties, but that was not a big of the deal as we were given days off - Processing of internship allowance took such a long time - Roles for each intern were not as defined yet at the time
