Various positions have competitive starting pay. In office work enjoyable with other coworkers. Enjoyment and growth can be great with good leadership.
Cons
Company has grown too fast in the last four years and has sacrificed a lot of what made it a great place to work. Culture has taken a massive downturn. A lot of work has been outsourced overseas, and despite constant training has significantly decreased the overall work quality. Immediate leadership is stretched far too thin to the point where it feels like they are completely disconnected from the team. Amid general job security concerns throughout the last year Conservice consistently stated that jobs were safe. In that time they have either pushed people out of the company outright or forced people to apply/interview for new roles. Burnout is also rampant.
