Pros

None.. not a single one.

Cons

I worked hybrid and was so micromanaged, I had to CC Administration on every single email I sent out so they could make sure I was doing my job. I think the fact my job was getting done would have been enough information. I know others like me were also demanded to CC the Assistant Administrator on everything and she would respond to emails where she didnt even understand the nature of the work we were doing. They cap your pay no matter how long you have been there saying that you cant get a raise because you are just a scheduler. This place is about as toxic as it gets.

Pros

Over the last few years I have watched this firm really put their people first. They are very family oriented, Training is great and ongoing, not just when you get hired. Administration and my Attorneys are transparent and very appreciative of the work we do. Ive been here 6 years and this is my forever home until I retire!

Cons

Every office expierence may be different but I have not found any!

Pros

After working at a really great firm for 3 years now, I see how employees should be treated and I cannot, honestly think of any pros.

Cons

Very high billing requirements. No communication from management if there are problems. Laid off without severance or notice (literally immediately). Blamed because the partner I worked for left the firm and then suddenly informed there was not enough work. Maybe a good place to start but I was there 20 years and they literally gave me 5 minutes notice when they laid me off. Horrible management. Lack of support to assist in making billable requirements. Billables exceed daily work period and does not take into account the numerous non-billable tasks paralegals are required to perform, especially with lacking administrative support. Would not recommend this firm for a long term career. After 20 years no severance or even any notice.
