Pros
Excellent culture, made to feel welcome from the word go by majority of the staff. The director treats everyone equally which is great, strong commission structure and a very nice office to match.
Cons
The 5:30 finish on a Friday can be futile and unnecessary, especially for those who get in early. Candidates/clients rarely wish to be contacted on a Friday afternoon. A 4pm finish would make sense for those who have done everything admin wise.
