Pros
If you fresh in the security scene you can probably get a job.
Cons
- Below industry salary averages for most positions. - Diversity in leadership is embarrassingly lacking. - Main product (ARMED) is a glorified compliance checklist, one can build nearly the same insight with publicly available checklists off the internet and Microsoft Excel. - Organic clients for main product is rare, many clients mainly seek a MDR solution, placing undue stress on an underdeveloped and short staffed security operations service and team. Product set is the epitome of "over sell, under deliver". - All the positive reviews on Glassdoor are fake, requested by leadership - Leadership requiring technical operations to be based in Nashville to no advantage other than President wanting to live there; company struggles to find talent willing to be based in Nashville; would rather suffer than drop requirement. Senior leadership is seemingly exempt and are mainly remote. - President is a delusional narcissist - brags about pilot training and writing a book while dedicated employees struggle to have a healthy work life balance. His book would be a New York Times best seller if it was about nepotism.
