      Employee freedom. Encouragement of work/life balance, and encouragement of new ideas.

      Cons

      Very large company, so as with all large companies, the ladder is very tall. This can be good or bad but if you have aspirations to get to the top, it is a very long climb.

      The culture is incredible, everyone is very kind and willing to help with questions. Interns get to work on real, valuable projects over the summer. Lots of fun events.
