      Great colleagues and good pay.

      Cons

      Just had HUGE layoffs and it seems they may be more restructuring going forward. They removed benefits to try to force people out ( eg. no more hybrid work schedule).

      Work Culture is great. No micro management.

      No significant drawbacks come to mind; I found it challenging to socialize or communicate with my colleagues due to the cabin-like environment.
