Honestly, the biggest pain point here is the constant complaining of the people who aren't putting the effort in. If you are looking for a job you can coast through, look elsewhere. This is a place for serious sales people who want to drive sales and make the most of their time here. If you are able to rise to the occasion and ignore the few negative individuals, there isn't a problem.
