Pros

Where to begin? First off, the upper management of Connex is the most thoughtful and hardworking group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The owner and President, Ben, although very busy, is super attentive to his employee's needs. They are PACKED full of empathy and understanding for the real-life struggles of their employees. I myself have had a very hard several years with multiple personal struggles and Connex have been behind me the ENTIRE way, even when it was affecting my performance. I really get a sense that they truly want you to succeed and it's evident in the way that they manage. They try very hard to constantly evolve and improve their culture and they allow every single person to be a part of this process. Totally transparent about what's going on within the company. My immediate superior has become one of my closest friends and mentors. And they pay well also, with a combination of a strong base salary (even at the foot of the ladder) plus commissions that are completely uncapped. I feel privileged to have found this job and plan to be here for a long old time and work my way into an upper management position.

Cons

If you can call it a 'con' the company is ever-changing and evolving. Bringing in and trying out new technologies and cultural strategies. This can make your head spin a tad at times however, it's all with a view to eventually make their employee's lives easier and happier.

Pros

Remote work and lots and lots of daily training. The call script is dialed in and effective

Cons

micromanagement is excessive... you may be remote but if you need to get up and stretch your legs and take more than a few minutes, you will get a phone call asking what you are doing and if you plan on "actually working" for the day. They hold you accountable if your closer does not close deals... I was setting 10-15 meetings per week and my closer who was 'supposed" to be a seasoned closer only closed 2 deals which I then had to fight for my commission which wasn't what we agreed on in my contract...
