Little Work/Life Balance - Anonymous employee Connection Employee Review

No work/life balance. Especially in the beginning. Intense pressure to get up to speed within a certain amount of time and if you're not, they want to know "why". It made each employee that was new feel degraded and "picked on". Some teams are amazing and their reps treat them like real people and give nice bonus money under the table to their people, which makes them want to work harder.........while others dont receive ANY bonuses for doing the same work
