Pros

There are zero benefits to working here

Cons

Connectwise is an outsourced help desk who has foreigners working for pennies to complete projects on your computer. If you work at this company you will never survive as employees purposely dodge working and get by because they are buddy buddy with their managers. There is no much favoritism going on in this place it's unreal. If you become a top performing employee you become a target. If you succeed nobody likes you. If you whistle blow they will fire you and attempt to force you to quit. I would never pay for this company to host my help desk service as they also lie to employees telling them that we are a 24/7 help desk yet they sell an eight to five and a 24/7 plan and cheat their partners. There is a reason this company has a high turnover.

We appreciate your perspective and want to address your concerns. We are proud to have had stable CEO leadership, with only one CEO change in the last 6 years. Our former CEO played a key role in driving our company's success, and we appreciate their leadership and the positive influence they had on our organization. We are excited about the path that our current CEO is charting for us. With their vision and direction, we are confident and excited about our continued growth and success. Our company values our colleagues and top performers, and we strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive. We encourage open communication and feedback from our current and past colleagues, which is why we have an open-door policy and a confidential ethics hotline available for anyone to call. At our company, one of our core values is "Partner First" which means we prioritize our partners (customers) and are committed to providing excellent service to them. We are transparent and encourage them to reach out regarding any concerns. We are sorry to hear about your perception of a negative experience, and I encourage you to reach out to HR@ConnectWise.com. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Remote work and unlimited PTO

Cons

In my experience, the company places a strong emphasis on cost reduction, which has resulted in frequent reductions in force and ongoing concerns about job security. Long-tenured employees are not immune to these workforce reductions, creating uncertainty and impacting morale across the organization. One recurring concern among employees has been compensation and annual merit increases. Through employee surveys and feedback channels, many employees expressed dissatisfaction with the size of merit raises. Earlier this year, leadership acknowledged these concerns and communicated that changes would be made to improve the compensation process and better align raises with employee expectations. However, when merit increases were ultimately distributed, many employees felt the results fell short of what had been communicated, with some receiving lower increases than anticipated. This led to frustration and a perception that employee feedback was not meaningfully acted upon. While the company offers opportunities to gain experience, prospective employees should carefully consider factors such as job stability, compensation growth, and leadership transparency when evaluating the organization.
