It’s sick and reflects on the culture built! You are punished for having solid relationships and advocacy towards partners which drive revenue.

- Leadership tone: leaders openly say in meetings “you are all being scrutinised” , you are made to feel grateful for having a “a job”. - Current management team is often heard saying “there are no jobs outside, current job market is poor, you should be grateful for this role”.
