Pros
1.They have a lot of international clients, so if you want exposure or to expand outside your comfort zone, choose ConnectOS. 2.They offer a full-time WFH setup, which is very convenient, especially for me since I reside in Rizal. It saves time from traffic and waking up early. The client assigned to me is very approachable. You can truly maintain work-life balance they do not require overtime. It’s up to you if you want to render extra hours, and they are not strict with charging hours or micromanaging. 3.HR is responsive. If you have queries, you just need to create a ticket via Darwinbox, and they will respond promptly. 4.They offer a high salary to the point that they doubled my previous salary.
Cons
1.Since they offer a high basic salary, the allowances or de minimis benefits are relatively low. It would be better if they considered adding allowances for full-time WFH employees, such as support for electricity and internet expenses. 2.The HMO provided by the company is not as competitive compared to those offered by larger HMO providers. It is not accredited in some provincial hospitals or clinics, does not provide a physical HMO card, and the app is quite difficult to use. 3. No annual performance bonus & Salary increase
