Employees are incredibly talented and motivated -- the hiring process is highly selective, and it shows. Fast-paced work environment; every day is different Access to the most senior leadership; the CEO knows everyone by their first names Lots of flexibility, informal office environment (including casual clothes)
Cons
Holidays and PTO are limited, although somewhat offset by a generous working from home "WFH" policy. Need to manage and direct your own career path
