None right now that I can think of.

Great pay for the area. Insurance benefits options for health, vision and dental as well as supplemental aflac. Retirement account with a company match of up to 3%. The well run offices are wonderful to grow and learn truly lifelong career skills. Sales contests that reward good work with extra compensation. A christmas gift each holiday season. Working fun outreach events a few times a year for community enrichment.

Bad management and big time abuses of seniority among employees at varying levels of experience. Very little praise for doing well in sales or client retention, only the expectation to do even better next time. Continually moving goalposts and wishy-washy communications between higher ups and employees in the office. Often the superiors are unreachable for days at a time and have been known to ignore calls from employees and turn of their phone completely. Very little room for career growth past the position you are hired to fill. One associate I worked with on the same level was an incredible employee and had been in that role for 17 years!
