Pros
If you are joining in their BPO division it is well and good. But if you are into software just stay away. Still if you want to join here then get ready to live without appraisals, increments and more importantly be prepared to be in bench rather than in projects. Politics is spread everywhere in the company. The top management doesn't have the guts to speak on your face. If they find us to be smart slowly they will sideline you and automatically you will resign. We sounded our concern over the company's growth in couple of employee surveys but none turned an ear to it. What toped their preference list was just killing mosquito and creating library for benchers. Even now they don't seem to realize that the trend is going steep down.
Cons
Working under a manager who is completely incompetent is the worst part i suffered. Fate made me to work under a pdt.manager who is not competent to review even the basic coding and architecture we design. The other worst part is the infrastructure, where you line up to use the restrooms. I thought i shouldnt write this review but for the interest of my fellow brothers and sisters i forced myself to do so. Thank god i managed to get a right job and i left.
