Pros

Great product with a great core of people in every department. Management team has seen some upheaval but those who remain are strong and generally well-liked and respected. Bumps in the road along the way, but the company and team as a whole are quick to admit when things don't go according to plan and don't let pride or ego stand in the way of making the right decisions for the company.

Cons

The company culture has taken a hit in recent months in large part due to rapid growth. This shows itself through a distrust (fairly or unfairly) of those who join in manager/director capacities both due to sudden shocks in process and disappointment in the lack of individual growth/promotions. In addition, the desire to quickly add to certain areas of the company has led to hasty cultural evaluations from hiring managers, which in turn has brought an influx of people whose motivations and personal qualities don't match up with the core values of the company. In addition, there are some issues with communication between departments and a lack of acknowledgement of the work being done by others throughout the org. This breeds resentment between departments, and occasionally stunts progress. Overall - the company is fine. There are a ton of very smart people who work very hard, and the future is bright. I think you would be hard-pressed to find many people in companies this young who actually enjoy going to work, so my criticism should be taken with a grain of salt. That said, growth can only be used as an excuse for so long before temporary issues become permanent ones, and the current lack of empowerment and self-value among employees is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Pros

Great product, strong leadership, and talented people across the organization. Excellent place to learn enterprise SaaS sales and grow quickly as an SDR. Supportive team culture, good training, and a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to work with large global accounts. Strong compensation and career development opportunities for high performers.

Cons

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
