Pros
- Amazing and talented co-workers and everyone is easy to talk to and discuss work with.
Cons
- Messy management: unclear structure and unclear direction
- Employees are easily discarded when management "don't like them" anymore
- No benefits at all from the employment contract
- No transparency from the upper leads to the workers
- The Thinking and Concepting process takes such a long time because it goes round and round, redoing features (refers to the "no clear direction" con) even until the time where the game needs to be launched, there are still changes made because of "change of concept"
- Low income and they think yearly salary increase is too expensive. No severance pay or ex gratia for long term employees
