Reallybad & toxic work environment

It’s a job, better than nothing but nothing is real close.

No benefits worth having, no 401K contributions but the lie about being temporary suspended, then you discover it has been suspended for ten years. Medical is unaffordable and no one ever gets a pay raise, that’s not an exaggeration. Lots of lazy, unqualified and useless family friends work here. Everyone knows they are incompetent but you can’t say it.
