Benefits are reduced every year and cost more each year, no raises in about 20 years, All US positions that are not client facing are sent overseas despite the clients signing contracts to have only people in the US to be working on them because they can pay 1/3 of the salary and save more money, causing the US employees to lie to the clients. People overseas have no idea how the US healthcare system works. Pay rates are severely lower than many other companies in the US.
