Pros
Honestly the pay is the only decent thing I found about the job.
Cons
I was hired for a position I DID NOT INITIALLY APPLY FOR. The recruiter that started the hiring process told me three shifts I could pick to work. I chose one and was told I’d be working that shift. I found out the second day in training that I won’t know my schedule for production until 3 WEEKS INTO TRAINING and that I WILL NOT be able to pick my schedule! I was also informed that I am unable to use the bathroom unless it’s during “assigned breaks” or I have a doctors excuse for having to do so, and if I am to do so I will be DOCKED TIME. I was also told any SYSTEM ISSUES, even if caused by their own system, will result in docked time as well. Direct Communication is nonexistent. I’d be told via email one person is my new line of communication to management, only to informed someone else is the person I should speak with. This company is beyond ridiculous!
