Pros
> Work from home. > Most higher-ups stay professional > Excellent training courses > Room to move up
Cons
> Inflexible schedule They assign you a schedule when you start and if you end up with a bad one, it's pretty much impossible to get a better one. > Tech issues It's not uncommon to end up with technical issues with the company's own equipment and software, preventing you from doing your job for hours. > Unorganized during downtime I've never seen a company lose it as bad as this one does when things go wrong. It's almost as if they scramble anyone in a role above supervisor to panic mode when incentives are not met, numbers are not met, call volumes are high, or equipment/software fails. > Almost no contact from upper management I've been here for almost 2 years and I've never seen or met anyone above the role of Supervisor. If these individual's sole responsibility is to operate in the background, they've done a fantastic job. However, this makes it seem as though they do not care much for the "fish" until their metrics start to fall.
