      Pros

      Very professional group of people that care about what they do. Very flexible with work schedules. Selective in who they hire and for good reason--they want the best.

      Cons

      There are several other Fixed Base Operators at the Airport so competition is tough. Promotion opportunities are tough because people tend to stay with the company for many years.
