All of the negative reviews regarding verbally abusive leadership are true. The CEO is a nightmare - highly paranoid and manipulative in all of his actions. He hires intelligent people with huge potential, and drives them into insanity with unachievable metrics, overbearing management, public embarrassment, and vindictive punishment when someone speaks up or defends themselves. Middle management is also cowardly and won't protect their team due to self-preservation.
