Horrible Company - Anonymous employee Concertiv Employee Review

This company has horrible management. Very clique group. If you do not fit in, you will need to be on your toes. Middle management is the worst. Lost of favoritism for a selected few. 0 space for growth. Promotions are only given to favorites. Lots of made up rules for some but not all. Any questioning gets you flagged. Micromanagement happens a lot especially if you do not fit in. Unlimited PTO isn’t really unlimited. Weirdly this company is very controlling for a small company. I would tell everyone to run from this company.
