Pros

Working at Concert Health has been a rewarding and meaningful experience. The company is truly committed to its mission of expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care, and that dedication is reflected in the workplace culture. One of the biggest positives of working at Concert Health is the supportive and collaborative environment. The leadership team values employee feedback and continuously works to improve processes and workflows. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and colleagues are always willing to help each other out. Work-life balance is generally good, especially compared to other healthcare settings. The remote work flexibility is a major benefit, allowing employees to maintain a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives. Additionally, the training and professional development opportunities are excellent, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to grow in their roles. Like any fast-growing company, there are challenges. Sometimes, rapid expansion can lead to occasional growing pains, such as adjusting to new systems or changes in workflow. However, leadership is open to feedback and works to address these issues. Overall, Concert Health is a great place to work if you are passionate about mental health care and want to be part of a team that is making a real difference. The culture is supportive, the mission is inspiring, and the opportunities for growth are solid.

Pros

This company is consistently looking at Waze to stand out in the mental health field, and has received feedback regarding opportunities for growth, training on a consistent basis, and the concerns regarding metrics, and have made changes to all of these things which I think helps with employee satisfaction.

Cons

The pay is ok, definitely not one of the tops in the field of mental health organizations.

Pros

It was remote which was nice. The Pay was good.

Cons

So I didn't even get to see clients. I literally started doing training and they apparently didn't like my role play. They didn't give me any feedback. I worked for about a month. For 2 weeks I didn't hear anything about what I should be doing. I shadowed occasionally, that was about it. Suddenly a meeting and was told they're letting me go because my role play wasn't to their liking. I mean you're recording me and expect me to be a breed actor? The meeting I had with the supervisor was very cold and made up a whole bunch of lies about why they're letting me go. They didn't even get me to respond and quickly ended the meeting being fired like I didn't even have time to process.
