      Wages We had commission back then when we signed up someone over 30

      Cons

      Hard to deal with people at their door Need to develop thick skin to be able to cope with the work There's wasn't much room to grow in the company

      Pros

      There are some incredibly passionate and knowledgeable individuals part of the team.

      Cons

      A hive mentality drives the workplace, and gossip is far too common-- often fueled by Senior Management. Employees outside of New York receive little to no support, and HR is very ineffective. High turnover rate made for poor team bonding and compensation is subpar.
