      Pros

      Due to the lack of support you are forced to learn very quickly and the poor staff retention means you get exposed to more advanced roles quickly

      Cons

      Chaotic, unsupported, underpriced jobs. Junior employees just get thrown in to work things out unsupported on jobs that are massively underpriced so and under manned, under planned and poor equipment.

      Pros

      If you show initiative and ambition on being involved in larger more complex projects then you can climb the ladder quite quickly.

      Cons

      Management is poor and staff welfare is too low on there list of priorities. Everyone is too focussed on their own work to care about the company as a whole.
