Pros

If employed, you collect a paycheck.

Cons

Throughout the entire merger/acquisition of Webhelp into Concentrix (CNX] in the USA, CNX did not provide any regular cadence of communication to any Webhelp employee below a VP title. Even this information was limited and not regular. This made it very difficult for the actual Webhelp employees working on projects and initiatives to understand what was happening in the organization, or what would happen to their position upon the merger completion. When meetings were held, CNX managers were indifferent to Webhelp leaders and employees and insensitive to their pending employment separations. The leadership has laid almost all Webhelp people off now, so many without notice and/or without any form of severance. They appear to be indifferent to their employees, though they've adopted the model 'Think Human'.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
