Pros

Pay was okay for the time. Remote work. Equipment provided. Moved up relatively quickly. Health insurance.

Cons

Management changed frequently - you would have one manager and then change teams and end up with someone different constantly. When I first started there were lots of fun perks and then they stopped. This was a trend with the company where they had changes constantly and suddenly but never positive changes. My last manager was horrible. Schedules change constantly and you are never guaranteed a schedule that works for you regardless of school, parenting responsibilities, etc. You have to “bid” for vacation time in advance at the beginning of the year. I was not even guaranteed time off for my wedding and honeymoon despite requesting it well in advance and having the PTO available, which was ultimately one of the reasons I quit. I worked every single holiday. I took a job making less money but got holidays off, friendly coworkers and excellent management. Best decision ever. I stayed there for over 3 years and only left because I moved too far away to commute and became a stay at home mom. I was sad to leave that job.. I counted down my last two weeks at Concentrix and celebrated when I was finally done with my last day. I know it’s easy to look at a negative review and think that it’s just a disgruntled employee but that’s not the case. I quit of my own accord, I was not let go or forced to quit. I had consistently high performance and moved up quickly in the company. I had customers who did not want to work with anyone else because they had such positive experiences with me and I enjoyed my job responsibilities. I thrive in customer service and love it. I just didn’t love the company and how they treat employees.

We strive to always keep a warm and healthy Concentrix culture at the forefront of what we do. It’s always evolving, just like every company culture should be. But sometimes we have to roll up our sleeves and tackle the tough stuff. That’s why we appreciate your feedback. It gives us the chance to think about what we can do better. We’re disappointed things didn’t work out for you with your management, your schedule, and your work environment. Thanks again for taking the time to send us your thoughts.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
