You learn about Facebook/Instagram advertising

Training (2 weeks only) has nothing to do with the job itself, which you get the glimpse of when shadowing your colleagues for 1-2 weeks. Team leaders and the management have no managerial and leadership skills. Every day they sing the same song and they are only interested in numbers but not in our relationships with the clients, which is the base of this job. If we take 1 month to build a relationship with a client, they can screw it up by changing our strategy literally in the middle of the day, with no prior announcement. They promise a lot, they don't deliver anything. So, just to keep you there. Toxic environment. There is nepotism in the company and sometimes bullying.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
