Pros
Nice staff members, optional 4 day week. Reasonable training.
Cons
Low pay for a public service contract role. Trained to high APS level and paid half of what you would make being employed direct for the relevant agency. Do yourself a favour and try to be a direct hire rather than going through here. Staff turnover very high due to this, Inexperienced supervisors in positions they should not be. A lot of people that worked on this contract were burnt out and stressed for little renumeration. Lack of support when you first go live, some team leaders totally checked out.
