Pros

Paid training, office location, training hours 9 to 5 mo to fri

Cons

Training not helpful, total lack of leading, no soft skills at all in the management team, some of the team leaders have no experience at all which is a bit ridiculous. The job overall is a bit nosence as the large majority of the handled cases will be impossible to solve with a positive response. So tons of negative surveys for every agent. Just take the job, do the training and after a month or two change for something better

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
