Pros

For the area this place is located 14 dollars seems like its enough. You get experience in dealing with accounting software

Cons

I'm listed as payroll specialist, yet I still take calls for the entire applications. I handle all desktop products and assist with billing. 14 dollars isn't enough to be doing several jobs that are supposed to be different departments. I go to school do I have a modified schedule and on top of that life happens, so when I put in pto and it's available, I expect the approval to go through. I've earned it. There's the option of UTO which they completely seem to disregard. It's not like they are paying you for and they never seem to have any available. This job was promising in the beginning. Then it seems after 6 months it loses any sort of promise it had. I have major bills that need to paid. Honestly that's the only reason I haven't left yet.

Culture, career growth, leadership support and benefits are just a few of the pros.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share. I’ve been with the company for 15+ years.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
