It's a great pity that you obviously didn't feel comfortable with us, as it is very important to us to create a working atmosphere in which our colleagues feel comfortable. In order to achieve this, we depend on the direct feedback of every single employee. We have a code of conduct which we take very seriously. Our company is characterised by the diversity of our employees, and we also stand for open and above all fair cooperation. Discrimination and bullying have no place in our company and are not tolerated in any way. We encourage all employees to report to the team leader or the personnel department if they get the impression that this is being disregarded or if they feel they are being treated unfairly. We believe this is more sufficient way to investigate and overcome if there are any signs of unfairness rather than lose an experienced employee and hear about an issue from such platforms.
