Work from home! Fixed schedule! Not much micro managing at least my team. Most customers are really nice and grateful at least for my project.
Cons
Phone calls all day, sore throat and most of the time is back to back calls. Sometimes lunch and breaks are ridiculously long or too short! But mostly really long.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros
Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.
Cons
Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
