Pros
I got my insurance license. That's really the only good thing to come of that place.
Cons
High stress Incompetent Unorganized Back biting Checks were never correct (there's a reason there's a class action lawsuit against them) The supervisors dont even know the rules, they tell you to do something or that something is ok and then write you up for it. Training was the worst I've ever had in a call center. The trainer didnt know what she was doing. We would answer question on the slide show correctly and she would tell us we were wrong just for the next slide to confirm the answer we had given was in fact right. I never once seen a code of conduct guide for this place, and no upper management could tell us where to find one or show it to us. So much more I could write on here but I'd be here for hours.
