- If you are NOT interested in a career in customer service, this can be a good job for your gap year. No responsibilities, just do your job and you are out - Very good and supportive colleagues
Cons
- Very unprofessional company: They literally hire anyone. After working in this company, I think twice about the information I share with an agent over the phone. - Management: Again, they literally put anyone in management positions. They all lack hugely in communication skills, play the controller instead of the leader, and do not care about motivation. They are used to constantly have people in and out, so the relationship with their agents is quite cold. - Some Team Leaders constantly sexualize agents, everyone knows, nobody acts. - The building: It is completely depressing.
