Learned a lot while I was there. Steep learning curve. Improved my communication skills.
Cons
Terrible work life balance, barely any support given, you’re left to deal with irate, rude & hostile customers all on your own. Managers couldn’t care less. Constanly told to keep call time low but also be really chatty to customers. Strange paradox as being chatty to cxs will increase call time? Had a horrible manager who didn’t care about anything other than metrics & mothing was ever good enough for her.
