Fear driven leadership tactics. Current leadership has fostered a culture of finger pointing and deflection of responsibility. Top heavy organization. 15-20 at the Exec level at a company of 150. Including 5-6 VP's. There are too many Overhead positions within the company that leads to uncertainty in job functions and responsibilities. Lack of respect for employees work-life balance. Mandatory overtime and weekends is the new normal. Employees are treated as expendable. High turnover rates. Frustration with management has led to many good employees leaving the company.
