      abundance of hours in the summer, lacking in the fall and winter months. base pay is pretty fair.

      Cons

      team leads didn’t have to help with on call at all, seems unfair and is fairly often that you would be at a on call site for 12+ hours just waiting on your parts and assistance from other employees.

      Learned a wide variety of equipments, almost for sure steady work

      Cons

      Not good enough help, overworked and if missed something you get ACd, only when you fail they bring up the resources available to you.
