Cons
- Very cliquey
- Choosing to start work after 9am without a solid reason was frowned upon (Im used to started work at 9 so this took a while to get used to)
- I did not feel supported when i struggled with items tasked to me. (this can obviously vary depending on your manager)
- I took a 3 mental health days that was met with my termination.
