Pros
Good leadership and individuals at the team level. Good flexibility on scheduling and availability. 100% remote. I felt like everyone I worked with legitimately wanted to do good work.
Cons
This place has been a dumpster fire since the pandemic. Revolving doors at the executive level. Constant cost cutting. Bare minimum on raises each year. Somebody leaves, their spot never gets filled back in. It wears you down, man.
