Pros

The "little" people are cool to work with!

Cons

They DO NOT value their employees! Management is joke! Nobody has ever managed before and have NO leadership skills. The men believe "women" should be seen NOT heard! African American employees if you want to no how your ancestors felt come to Milner and you will know exactly how it feels! I would recommend this place to a dog! They are figuring out Managed Services every customer is "test" case!

Pros

It was very relaxed in the office and everyone is very nice so it was easy to get my job done when I had to interact with other people.

Cons

Some people that worked there did not take their jobs seriously and slowed everyone else down. There was a lack of authority over some of those people. Parking is sometimes a hassle because there are not enough spaces for how many people work there.

Pros

Some of your co-workers may be decent to work with and it's pretty easy to find parking.

Cons

It's a family-owned tech company that doesn't really value its employees much. There is a lot of "good ole' boy" mentality here and bigotry, favoritism and discrimination run amuck. Managers don't know how to lead-- they're more like scary, loud dictators. And forget about getting a raise or promotion-- ever! Unless you're either related to the owners or managers or you follow them around and kiss their butts 24/7. Some of the kiss-ups even dog-sit their managers and director's dogs on the weekends. That tells you right there now unfair and messed up this organization is. Of course, along with the sexual harassment, racism and pathetic lack of training, leadership, company culture, and respect and value for their employees' opinions and hard work. If you don't care about getting recognized for your work or being able to help contribute your opinions or ideas (because the managers know everything already) and like being yelled at and working for a bunch of idiot managers and directors, then Milner is for you!
