Fair compensation model and employee evaluation process. Company is very process oriented.
Cons
Management is at times focused on their personal success, not the organization's success. Employee billing tends to be a focus with a viewpoint on what has the employee done for the manger lately attitude. Investment for growth is limited and very conservative.
