Pros
I enjoyed my time with CTG immensely. It is a very positive environment where good, quality work is recognized. The communication from leadership is timely and messaging is consistent. CTG offers a fantastic work-life balance.
Cons
When engagements end often very skilled workers in application management are let go (instead of placed on a bench or retrained). It is very unfortunate as they are often very talented with many years of experience lost.
