Insecure, immature ownership and managers. They churn through salespeople like no other place I have even heard of. The nepotism and favoritism when it comes to the assignment of accounts is down right criminal and could never even be considered as fair.
They are incredibly cheap as well making salespeople "bunk up" at any event where travel is necessary. Grown adults do not want to sleep in the same room as another co-worker. This is all done to save a few bucks. Your employees' comfort and satisfaction is worth more than your company saving a few bucks.
