Pros
A great programme, led by some of the nicest individuals in the organisation. Your team and directors are extremely supportive of your personal and professional growth and lots is offered in the way of wellbeing and health support, if you are ever in need. The programme is taught at a good technical level, even if you don't have a background in tech, but most importantly, it provides great exposure to a huge network of sales and technology individuals both internal and external including vendors, directors, CTOs, and even Computacenter's CEO, Mike Norris.
It is well structured, based around 10 months of learning on core business offerings and pillars of technology, followed by 6 months of "guided role" which is working as an account manager/sales specialist under a bit of extra supervision to prepare you for sign off and entering your full time role.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far, my sector and team are some of the biggest reasons I enjoy my job so much, and as a woman in the business I have never felt short of opportunities to thrive here. I have learned a lot, but there is still so much more to pick up so I am grateful to have experienced individuals who are always willing to help and support me as I start my journey into the world of tech,
Cons
More detailed individual feedback after pitch/presentation activities would have been helpful
Diversity and inclusion could be better.
