      You will learn a lot from your tenure here, if you survive.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism in the management. Lack of good salary compared to the market. Mostly employees are underpaid and demotivated. Favoritism at its peak. Once you dont agree wirh the management they will force you to the point you leave.

      Pros

      salary on time. nothing much pros on working with their payroll.

      Cons

      Once you join them, right from immigration/HR/Marketing team will not reachable. They delayed my PERM filing for more than a year and also I140 for more than 2 months even after the PERM is certified. less clients and worst marketing team. Better to look for full time opportunities.
