Dear Valued ESM, Thank you for your feedback. I'm very happy that you like your job, the people you work with and the perks. It's great to hear the managers are supporting you properly. We are evaluating all processes and procedures and we are making short-term adjustments and long-term adjustments. All procedures will be greatly improved throughout 2015 and 2016 with our new platform. Thank you for your input regarding staff communication and corporate initiatives.
